Introduction
This an introductory workshop to expose HPC and basics of parallel computing to undergraduate and postgraduate students as well as researchers from various academic disciplines. Practical and hands-on example of parallel computing in common software / programming environment such as C, R, MATLAB & Python as well as parallel programming with message passing interface (OpenMPI) will be provided.
Prerequisite: Basic programming skills in any language (C/C++, Python, R or etc.)
