The conference fee includes:
- attendance to all scientific sessions of the technical program
- conference bag and conference material
- meals (lunch and tea breaks) from 6 - 8 October 2015
- certificate of presentation/attendance
Note that the conference fee does not include accomodation and delegates are responsible for booking their own accomodation. A list of hotels are available here.

Important notes:
Delegates are requested to send in a scanned copy of the proof of payment via email to
cas2015upm@gmail.com
- All charges/fees/commissions related to the payment must be borne by the participants.
- The abbreviation of the conference: CAS2015 and the delegate's full name must be clearly indicated on the bank draft/cheque and bank transfer for verification.
- Students are requested to send in a scanned copy of their valid Student ID Card by e-mail to cas2015upm@gmail.com
- A notification e-mail will be sent from the Organising Secretariat upon receipt of your online registration request.
- Upon receipt of the relevant payment/proof of payment, the Organising Secretariat will issue and forward a confirmation letter and an official receipt of the payment by e-mail in due course.
- Registration will not be valid/complete until full payment has been received.
- No refund for cancellation is allowed, however the participant can be replaced by the co-author of the same paper.
