The conference fee includes:
- attendance to all scientific sessions of the technical program
- conference bag and conference material
- meals (lunch and tea breaks) from 3 - 5 December 2013
- conference dinner on 4 December 2013
- social visit on 5 December 2013
- certificate of presentation/attendance

Important notes:
Delegates are requested to send in a scanned copy of the proof of payment via email to

- All charges/fees/commissions related to the payment must be borne by the participants.
- The abbreviation of the conference: SORIC2013 and the delegate's full name must be clearly indicated on the bank draft/cheque and bank transfer for verification.
- Students are requested to send in a scanned copy of their valid Student ID Card by e-mail to soric2013@gmail.com
- A notification e-mail will be sent from the Organising Secretariat upon receipt of your online registration request.
- Upon receipt of the relevant payment/proof of payment, the Organising Secretariat will issue and forward a confirmation letter and an official receipt of the payment by e-mail in due course.
- Registration will not be valid/complete until full payment has been received.
- No refund for cancellation is allowed, however the participant can be replaced by the co-author of the same paper.
