3. Editorial Decision
   All submitted articles will undergo the standard peer-review process, and acceptance for publication is subject to the final decision of the Editor-in-Chief of the respective journal.


4. Article Processing Charges (APC)
   The Article Processing Charge (APC), where applicable, will be the responsibility of the individual participants.
